One of Punjab’s most elite and successful businessmen, Mr. S Sarabjit Singh, has led several profitable businesses across a variety of sectors, ranging from residential and commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, cable network distribution and TV channels. The crown jewel among them is the Alpha International City, a world-class, sprawling township spread across 350 acres in the holy city of Amritsar.

Under his able guidance, digital cable distribution company Fastway expanded its distribution network across all major towns and cities of Punjab. As a result of his expertise, the cable television business witnessed rapid growth over the past few years, from a small venture to an extensive network covering the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, New Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan. The growth has been fueled by his keen ability to efficiently network with broadcasters as well as some of the top companies in the industry. Mr. S Sarabjit Singh currently holds directorship on the board of 16 companies.

In 2024, Mr. S. Sarabjit Singh, in collaboration with Mr. Gurinder Bhatti and Mr. Puneet Khanna, founded GBR Group, launching three major projects in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Mr. Kamaljit Singh

As a prominent figure in the amusement parks industry in India, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its growth and has held an esteemed leadership position on the board of the Indian Association of Amusement Parks and Industries (IAAPI), simultaneously serving as the President of the Punjab Chapter.

His stint in the hospitality sector has been equally impactful, marked by the successful development of hotels and resorts across North India that reflect his attention to detail and commitment to creating experiential spaces. Recently, his focus moved to the real estate sector, where he is spearheading the development of luxury villas, group housing, and commercial projects. Mr. Singh’s ability to navigate complex industries and deliver results has cemented his reputation as a leader whose influence and impact transcends diverse sectors.

Angad Deep Singh

Angad Deep Singh is a consummate entrepreneur, adept at transforming concepts into thriving enterprises. An alumnus of the prestigious Bishop Cotton School in Shimla, he pursued his interests in higher education from Punjab University in Chandigarh and the London School of Economics. Since 2013, he has built a distinguished portfolio across the hospitality, retail, media, and family entertainment sectors.

He has spearheaded ventures such as Funcity — a family entertainment and retail hub, along with Grand Walk, which is a luxury shopping destination along with thoughtfully designed office spaces. Both ventures continue to achieve significant commercial success. He has also spearheaded the group’s hospitality efforts, acquiring and developing hotels across crucial growth sectors in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. Angad is also responsible for Apollo Cradle — a premium maternal and childcare brand. In the media and entertainment sector, Angad is credited with launching and overseeing Punjabi Hits and Tabbar Hits — a Punjabi music channel and a Punjabi movie channel, respectively.

Gurasees Singh

Gurasees Singh brings a vibrant and dynamic energy to Surya Realty, drawing from his strong academic foundation as an alumnus of the prestigious Bishop Cotton School in Shimla and the prestigious London School of Economics. Driven by a forceful passion, he has attained significant success in his endeavours across the entertainment and hospitality sectors along with the food and beverage segments through his interests in sports bars, cafés, and cloud kitchens.

He is also credited as introducing the Punjab and tricity region to stand-up comedy by regularly organising events with renowned national and international comedians. He has also held the honourary position of Vice-President, North India for the Indian Association of Amusement Parks and Industries (IAAPI). Driven by creativity and a drive to explore new horizons, he has taken a keen interest in real estate is active in the development of luxury villas, group housing societies, and expansive farmhouses. Passionate about sports and the outdoors, he balances his professional life by staying active.
